What are our challenges?

Psychological safety is not about being nice or comfortable. It's a belief that one will not be punished or humiliated for speaking up with ideas, questions, concerns, or failures, and the team is safe for interpersonal risk taking.

Failures are inevitable. They're part of the Hostinger culture, as we believe "many decisions and actions are reversible." As there are three types of failures: basic, complex, and intelligent, the key is to distinguish between them. While basic failures should be minimised, complex ones anticipated and mitigated, and intelligent failures promoted and celebrated.
